CANADA
Connect an eligible Canadian property source.
CREA DDF is one supported Canadian connection among several. Availability and permitted content depend on the REALTOR®, brokerage, board and applicable authorization.
Local MLS / Board
Supported local board or MLS connections can be used where an eligible integration and authorization are available.
RESO
RESO-compatible sources can be connected where the market and provider support the required access.
VOW where available
VOW or additional data programs can be supported only where the applicable rules, permissions and data source allow them.
Brokerage / Custom Feed
Brokerage feeds and custom integrations can be reviewed for compatible markets and use cases.
UNITED STATES
MLS access is usually market-specific.
US data access is normally tied to the customer's local MLS and authorization rather than a state-wide feed.
Local MLS
Connect an eligible local MLS where RealtySuite has or can establish the required vendor and customer authorization.
RESO Web API
Use supported RESO Web API access where permitted by the MLS and applicable provider.
VOW / Closed Data
Additional or historical data programs can be used only where the MLS permits them and the customer is eligible.
Brokerage / Custom Feed
Brokerage and custom feeds can be reviewed as separate connection options where appropriate.
INTERNATIONAL / CUSTOM
Manual inventory and supported custom connections can travel further.
RealtySuite can accommodate supported local feeds, RESO-compatible feeds and custom integrations outside Canada and the United States. Mexico is a market the platform is designed to accommodate through supported or custom connections, but RealtySuite does not claim nationwide Mexican MLS coverage.
